Helps Vacation Rental Managers Save Time and Money
CHANDLER, ARIZ. – October 24, 2008 – CSA Travel Protection (CSA), a leader in value-driven travel insurance and emergency assistance services, will debut here next week at the Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA) Annual Conference a fully integrated “real-time” travel insurance reporting system. Partnering on the project with Virtual Resort Manager (VRM), an accounting-based vacation rental management software solution, CSA will showcase this new time- and money-saving business advantage.
The new “real-time” system automatically relays insurance policy information - name, address, phone number and premium information – to CSA when entered in to VRM’s software at the time of reservation.
“Our clients tell us repeatedly they’d like to find a way to streamline administration and increase the level of service to their guests,” says Lee Hughes, CSA’s sales division vice president. “This automated solution helps us better meet the needs of our vacation rental partners and their guests."
The CSA/VRM fully integrated solution is also a paperless process that saves managers valuable time and money associated with back-office tasks like running reports and policy fulfillment. There is no longer a need to run reports at the end of the month, or mail fulfillment packets. CSA automatically issues policy information to the insured and bills the property once a month.
